Mold Inspections are done by a Certified Inspector. If there is no visible signs of mold, 3 samples will be taken. If there is visible evidence, a minimum of 4 samples will be taken. Each sample costs $60.00. The samples will be sent to a laboratory for analysis. The report from the laboratory will be available via email or fax 4 to 5 business days from the time received.
