Mold sampling is done by a Certified Inspector. If there is no visible signs of mold, 1 sample per 1000 sq. ft. will be taken, plus 1 outside control sample. Each area of visible mold should be sampled. The samples will be sent to a laboratory for analysis. The report from the laboratory will be available via email or fax 1 business days from the time the lab receives the samples.
